Andrew was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. Desiring to learn how to help in the New Evangelization, Andrew completed his graduate studies in Theology/Catechetics at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Since then he has worked for several years in Parish Faith Formation for all ages. When he is not spending time with his wife Rachel and their children Elize, Avila, and Jameson, Andrew enjoys studying the Faith, golf, fishing and hiking.

 In the fall of 2022, Andrew started a new role as a Parish Missionary at Our Lady of the Valley. He works with the men in the parish, accompanying them on their own road through missionary discipleship and within the context of their vocation as they build a deep and abiding Christian community and discover their own mission. Transplants to Colorado in 2005, Andrew and his wife Rebecca have been active members of the Catholic community in the Archdiocese of Denver. Working first as a teacher before entering corporate America, Andrew has led parish-based small groups and Bible studies for the last nine years. He and Rebecca have taught marriage preparation courses for the Archdiocese of Denver and individual couples since 2016. Rebecca homeschools their seven children and is a leader in the Denver Catholic homeschool community.

Karianne Bolduc is the Director of Youth Evangelization and Discipleship at Our Lady of the Valley!  Since joining staff at OLV in 2020, her desire has been to encourage our youth as they grow in knowledge of the Catholic faith and accompany them in fostering a deep friendship with Jesus Christ.  Karianne does this through weekly Youth Group gatherings for Middle School and High School teens that include prayer, catechisis, and opportunities for friendship through discussions and games - great snacks too!  She also provides bible studies, retreats, and activities to support our local community.  Karianne grew up in Windsor and attending High School Youth Group at OLV as a teen.  She is a graduate of Benedictine College - Go Ravens!  She went on to work for six years as a missionary with FOCUS (the Fellowship of Catholic University of Students) serving at Mizzou, University College Dublin - Ireland, and planning international mission trips at the FOCUS headquarter in Denver.  She enjoys figure skating, ethnic food, and spending time with her growing family.  If you are a teen or parent wanting to grow in your faith and friendship with Jesus - E-mail Karianne! Karen is the Director of Marriage and Family Life at Our Lady of the Valley, walking with parishioners to encounter Christ and His Church through the sacraments of marriage and baptism. She is a wife and mother of two, born and raised in Denver. Raised in a secular home, however as she aged closer to adulthood, she continued to know God existed. She attended Regis University for her Bachelors Degree in Business and Marketing; where she met her future husband and found the Catholic faith by completing the RCIA program after graduation. The teachings of the Catholic Church have been the blueprint in Karen's life as a married woman and has guided her in all accomplishments outside of the home. Previously, Karen and her family spent 10 years in Honolulu;  As a wife, stay at home mother, and most recently the business owner of FIT4MOM Honolulu, she found her passion for the outdoors, physical fitness and living healthy and faithfully. On top of the dedication to her ministry here at OLV and taking care of her family and home, she also homeschools her children. Karen's vocation to marriage and family life is her foundation and she is honored to help you prepare for your vocation to your future spouse, prepare you for the blessing of your marriage or to walk with you during Baptism preparation for your newest family member.

It’s a pleasure and a blessing for me to join the OLV community. I was born and raised in Northern Colorado and graduated from CSU. In 2010, I converted to Catholicism. During my conversion I developed a great love for the Church that I wish to share with everyone, especially children. That same year I began volunteering as a RE Teacher for the sacrament classes. Motivated by a love of the Church, The Eucharist and the desire to help everyone grow closer to Christ, I continued for several years volunteering as a catechesis for sacrament classes, RCIC and RCIA. Please know that I am here to serve you and explore together how your children can grow closer to Christ and be ever mindful of His presence and joy through our various faith formation opportunities.

Kelsey is the Events and Ministries Coordinator at OLV  helping parishioners and non-parishioners to encounter Christ and His Church through parish events, supporting our ministry heads in their service to the community, and communicating what is happening at the parish for you to invite others outside of OLV to have an encounter with Christ. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a marketing degree, Kelsey worked for FOCUS (the Fellowship of Catholic University Students) for 5 years as a campus missionary serving Missouri State, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and the University of Tennessee then worked at the headquarters for 4 years as a Sr. Communications Specialist for FOCUS Alumni before accepting a job at OLV in November 2021. Kelsey loves talking about Jesus, the latest podcast she has listened to, the book she is reading, and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. She’s probably the one you can hear laughing through the halls of OLV. Lenka Beckage is a Director of the KidZone and nursery at OLV, Windsor with over two decades of experience working with children from infant age through early youth age.  Specializing in Early Childhood education, Lenka uses that experience to incorporate and enhance the traditions and teachings of the Catholic faith in children from early age. Her background includes obtaining her Early Childhood Education degree attending Pedagogical Academy in Slovakia, followed by continuing education online, obtaining CDA certificate for Preschool teaching, and finishing a few self educational courses to stay current with her focus on childhood education. For years she has been actively involved in volunteering with RE, assisting with various children ministries and youth groups, leading activities including Summer camps & biblical school, and more… Her passion for children and love for Jesus led her to become a Catechist of Good Shepherd and for nearly three years  she helps children grow in faith in CGS Atrium at OLV by leading CGS classes. She is a cradle Catholic, born and raised in Slovakia.A great influence of her grandmother from the very youth age gave her solid roots in faith, especially love for Jesus & devotion to our heavenly Mother Mary. Faith became her passion and for past 5 years she has been  leading a few small groups at OLV.(WOW group, Rosary prayer group,… ). Lenka likes to be active. Her hobby includes anything outdoors, especially  hiking, swimming, hunting, bike riding, volleyball…she also loves reading and listening to music of all genres  when she needs to relax. She loves  to travel & visit her family in Slovakia. Lenka would love to do a pilgrimage to Jerusalem, Medjugorje, and re-visit Italy - the home country of St.Padre Pio. Her favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:13. “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”

Martha Griswold is OLV’s FOCUS parish missionary. Her role is to help form our parish into a community of missionary disciples. She leads discipleship groups, Bible studies, and helps to facilitate a culture of evangelization and outreach at the parish. She grew up on Hilton Head Island, and has served with FOCUS as a missionary for the past 12 years. She spent 5 of those years coordinating and facilitating international mission trips for FOCUS around the world. If you have questions about the faith, desire to enter a women’s small group bible study, or desire to grow in your relationship with God and your ability to share the Faith, she’s here to serve you!

Ryan and Cathy have been involved in music ministries for over 20 years each! Married in 2009 at Saint John the Evangelist Parish in Loveland, they have been singing and playing together at Catholic parishes throughout all of Northern Colorado and truly consider it a ministry that is also connected to their marriage as husband and wife. They have served as Music directors at Our Lady of the Valley since 2014 and currently live over in Severance along with their two wonderful children, Kaden and Ella. “OLV is our home and we are so honored to help every parishioner pray more deeply through song.”
