My name is Michele Kenny and I am thrilled about my new position of part-time receptionist. I am still very new to CO, only residing here this past year. I was born in MN, but lived the last 50 years in CA. All of those years I belonged to the same parish. It was amazing to raise my children and have them attend the same parochial school I had attended and to receive their sacraments at the same church where I had received mine. As you might imagine, I had many concerns about moving and at the top was finding a new parish home. I feel like I discovered a precious gem in OLV. The pastors, ministry leaders, bible study and small group participants, office staff and parishioners all share a deep love for Christ and the Catholic Church. My husband and I felt welcomed and encouraged to get involved. We have found our new parish home. It is an honor to be part of the staff at OLV. It is my hope that I will always make you feel welcome when you call or enter the parish office. I pray that together we will always “encourage one another and build each other up.” 1Thessalonians 5:11
